Cold Hands and Feet - Iron and B12 Associations
Some people run cold at the extremities with no serious issue. Others have circulation or hormonal causes. Nutrition education sometimes mentions iron and vitamin B12 in broader symptom clusters that also include cold intolerance or pallor-related complaints. Treat that as a “maybe discuss with a clinician,” not a self-label.
Non-dietary causes
Cold rooms, Raynaud’s, smoking, low thyroid, peripheral artery disease. Get checked for sudden changes or one-sided symptoms.
